How We Verify Discount Codes

A code that doesn't work wastes your time. That's why every code on Wafrha shows its source, status and other shoppers' results before you use it. Here's exactly how it works:

1. Where codes come from

Most codes come straight from the stores through official partner programmes and the affiliate networks we work with; some we add by hand after checking them. Codes sent in by visitors are never published automatically — they stay on hold until we review them.

2. When we mark a code “✓ Verified”

The badge only appears on codes our team has checked by hand, with a “Last verified” date showing the latest review. A code without the badge may still work, but we haven't checked it ourselves — and you can see that before you use it.

3. Shopper votes

Every code has two buttons: “Worked for me” and “Didn't work”. We show how many people it worked for and when it last worked, and we show a success rate once a code has three or more votes — one or two votes aren't enough to judge.

4. Failing codes are pulled automatically

When a code gets three or more “didn't work” reports and its success rate drops below 40%, it leaves the live list immediately and goes to review. It only comes back if we confirm it works.

5. Expired codes

As soon as a code passes its end date it drops out of the live list and moves to the store's “Expired codes” section, for reference only. Codes a store withdraws from its programme are switched off here too.

6. We never make codes up

We don't publish a code without a real source, and we never advertise a bigger discount than the store offers. If a store has no code, we say so plainly and point you to similar stores with live codes.

Found a code that doesn't work? Tap “Didn't work” under it — your vote protects other shoppers. Got a working code? Share it with us. We earn a commission from some stores at no extra cost to you — read the disclosure.
