The image quality is very poor, lacking depth and sharpness. low light images are difficult to view and do not resemble the quality of HD TV. Although the brightness and color are above average, they do not compensate for the overall poor image quality. I previously owned a 32-inch Nikai TV, which was recently damaged by water spillage. Expecting a superior product from the same manufacturer, I am disappointed to find that the quality is inferior to the 8-year-old TV. It’s possible that it could be a refurbished or a generic TV rebranded as Nikai.
